Does it have to make sense?

As a little girl, I was told that I could be anything I wanted to be. I remember coming to my mom in elementary school letting her know that I wanted to be a police officer, a criminal defense attorney, a teacher, a beautician, Little Romeo’s girlfriend ( Artist in the group Immature), and a singer. My mother would look at me with a smile and say, “ You can be anything you want to be “. As an adult, I started to realize all the gifts and talents God had placed in me, not realizing that there would be seasons in my life he would permit me to execute my gifts. I struggled because when I went to college to earn multiple degrees, I really thought I would be stationary in one field. It didn't make sense to me, and so the enemy made me feel as if I were all over the place. God confirmed to me that HE ALLOWED me to gain exposure and walk into different doors because he needed me to reach people in different ways, and it wasn't going to come from me being in the same school setting for 30 years. He confirmed why he allowed me to get certain credentials because they will eventually all tie into what I'm doing in non-traditional ways. My question to you is: What is holding you back from achieving all that God has for you? Is it because it doesn't make sense? Are you ashamed? Worried about what others are going to think or say? Guess what! The longer you hold back, you'll miss out on impacting people who need what you have to offer, you’ll continue to walk in circles, you'll be unfulfilled, and you could potentially miss out on ways to build financial wealth. Walk in your purpose unapologetically with confidence knowing that you have a special gift to offer the world even if it doesn't make sense TO YOU!
